I am still checking hydration and bakers percentages...
Check your baking recipes with this simple web tool: Caked-Face Menace

About: There are many bad baking recipes floating around. These recipes waste our time, money, and reputation :) This can all be avoided by using the Caked-Face Menace application.

The whole idea is based on a chart that maps all baked goods. If a recipe, for say a cookie, has characteristic numbers that fall outside the cell labeled 'cookie', then it is a bad recipe. The chart is completely intuitive. The full explanation is in an article I wrote for CookingforEngineers. In addition, this all-around web tool calculates hydrations, bakers percentages, calories, performs unit conversions, etc.

Status: This beta web calculator is in the testing stages. All units are self explanatory except for "unit", which refers to "one instance of":
"1 unit egg", "2 unit Banana(s), Large(s), etc. All feedback is welcomed.

Below is a quick guide of how to convert fractions to decimals:
1/2=0.5
1/3=0.33
2/3=0.66
1/4=0.25
3/4=0.75
1/8=0.125
3/8=0.375
5/8=0.625
7/8=0.875
For example, for 2 5/8, enter "2.625"
